The hotel’s central location made it super easy to walk to the impressive Cathedral, just around 500 meters away, and enjoy the lovely Parque Alameda, which was a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and provided a helpful map that highlighted all the key landmarks I wanted to explore, making my solo trip even more enjoyable.

Location is fab, just a hop to the old town! Room was super spacious and looked quite posh, very modern vibes. Had a lovely view from the balcony to enjoy my morning coffee.
The bath was a bit of a tight squeeze. I felt like a contortionist trying to get in and out. And where's the kettle? Going out for tea daily was not my idea of fun!

Great spot with awesome service!
The location was perfect for hitting up all the main sights. Our room was really quiet, which was nice since we faced the courtyard. Plus, the bar guy was super friendly and even gave us a kettle for tea in our room! Just wish we had better soundproofing against the street noise.

Had a nice two-night stay and really enjoyed the big, clean room and the cozy leisure area for relaxing. The hotel offers great foot massages, which were a nice touch after our long days, but breakfast could use some improvement—it felt a bit basic and pricey. Overall, I’d say it was a solid option for our travels! 😊

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for 2 nights and it was pretty spacious! The bathroom had a hydromassage bathtub that really helped me unwind after exploring the city. The room was clean and had a cozy vibe, which made it feel welcoming. Just a bit of street noise noticed, but nothing too distracting. Overall, a comfortable place to crash after a long day!

The spacious room was tastefully furnished, featuring a light yet warm duvet and temperature regulation. Breakfast offered a varied selection, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the cathedral. However, housekeeping only provided basic toiletries, and there were issues with early morning noise due to street traffic. A more extensive breakfast menu with baked beans would have enhanced the experience.

While the location near the old town is fantastic and the staff is generally polite, the room was surprisingly small, and the noise from the housekeeping staff was disruptive. Also, the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room was disappointing for a place claiming four stars.

The breakfast spread was decent with fresh pastries and solid coffee, perfect fuel for the day ahead! The location couldn't be beat. it was a hop away from Parque de Alameda for some chill vibes and lovely views.
Rooms were a touch outdated, and we ended up with twin beds instead of a double.
